EI: Courses - Change Ready: How to sail through the emotions of change
Change Ready: How to sail through the emotions of change
Overview
Got fewer resources? Increased paperwork? Amalgamations? Tighter deadlines? People coming and going? Technology changes? System changes? Legislative changes? New financial restraints? Changes! Changes! Changes! Every workplace is operating in a climate of change and the pace of change is ever faster.
How do you shift gears to keep up with the latest changes? Why do some people appear to be resistant to change? What do you do when your staff suffer from change fatigue? How do you help them cope with all their reactions to the changes?
This programme will help your team sail through change in an emotionally intelligent way so they stay healthy, happy and productive. They'll learn how to recognise and manage the emotions of change, and to understand why they feel the way they do so that they move from the old to the new more easily.
Conduct this programme now and make sure everyone is pulling in the same direction. Be change ready!
This programme covers EI dimension one: "Emotional self-awareness", EI dimension three: "Emotional awareness of others", and EI dimension five: "Emotional self-management" on the Genos emotional intelligence model.
