Will these meditations help you?
I have personally used every one of these meditations and techniques and know that they work. I have also taught them to others in the meditation group where I teach and people have gained great benefit from them. They are not just some techniques out of a book I have read, or things that I have not tried myself, they are techniques that I have used and still use on a daily basis in my own life.
For example, if I ever get ill, the meditations on these CDs have made a huge difference as to how well I cope and how calm I stay.
