It's been said to be an antidote for wrinkles, or positive affirmations, or peaceful prayers - so that your face and body glow with positivity.
- Be kind to people, be generous to people, be compassionate to people.
All these things will make you feel good about yourself and boost your self esteem so that you'll stand tall and be proud. You'll look great as a consequence and have a smile on your face.
- Eat a healthy bursting with energy diet.
When you eat, monitor which food gives you energy and which takes it away. Cakes, high fat food, chocolate, fries, bacon burgers, cheese cake ... all those types of food may zap your energy and give you that tired worn out look.
- Sleep plenty and well - really, it can give you a vitality that keeps you young.
- Keep your hair its natural colour - that way it will blend with your skin tones - but have it cut in a trendy, modern style. If you dye it, don't choose a colour that is so dark it contrasts vividly with your skin and exaggerates how old you are.
Beauty is definitely not just about the smoothness of your skin - beauty and attractiveness are from your heart - develop your heart and you'll never be short of admirers or friends!
